This role is responsible for guiding residential buyers through the full sales cycle, from initial contact and needs assessment to property viewing, negotiation, and closing. Day-to-day tasks include generating and qualifying leads, presenting suitable residential options using RED’s data-backed tools, maintaining strong relationships with clients and developers, and ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions and transactions. The Residential Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to stay informed on new projects and market trends, participate in sales meetings and trainings, and uphold RED’s customer-focused standards in every interaction.Qualifications Strong New Business Development and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Experience in Residential Real Estate, including local market knowledge and property matching based on client needs.Account Management capabilities, with the ability to build, maintain, and grow long-term client and developer relationships.Training experience or the ability to coach, share best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement within the sales team.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with professional presentation abilities in person and over digital channels.Comfort working with technology, CRM systems, and data-driven sales tools.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage a dynamic schedule, and handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.Prior experience in real estate or a related field is preferred; a relevant university degree is an advantage.
