Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system.Job Responsibilities: Receive shipments from customers at SuperJet stations and verify shipment details and documentationPerform a basic visual inspection to ensure shipments are properly packed and safe for transportationRecord shipment information in the company system or approved logsCoordinate with SuperJet drivers regarding trip schedules and shipment loadingSupervise the loading and unloading of shipments to ensure proper handlingHand over shipments at destination stations and obtain delivery confirmation or signaturesFollow all safety, operational, and station regulationsHandle customers professionally and escalate any issues to management when necessaryMaintain order and cleanliness in the shipment handling areaJob Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the shipping/logistics field is a preferableBachelor’s degree or high school diplomaFamiliarity with our industry is a plusExperience using the help desk and support toolsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsPatience when handling tough casesMulti-tasking abilitiesWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
