Job Summary:Responsible for reviewing all documents related to granting retail credit facilities, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established policies and procedures. The role also involves making sound credit decisions in accordance with Retail Banking Credit policies, procedures, and approved guidelines.Job Responsibilities:Review and evaluate retail credit applications received from branches and sales channels to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to approved policies and regulations.Verify and review all customer data entered into the system by branches and sales channels before making a credit assessment decision to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Obtain, review, and analyze I-Score and Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) reports to assess applicants’ credit history and existing financial obligations.Maintain and update customer information within the department’s database to facilitate data retrieval and reporting.Analyze customer information and supporting documents to ensure customer quality, maximize the bank’s benefits, and mitigate potential losses.Verify all information submitted by branches and sales teams through contact points and recorded call conversations.Calculate customers’ income and Debt Burden Ratio (DBR) based on submitted documents and prepare the required credit assessment.Review investigation and verification reports received from external inquiry agencies through the Investigations Department to ensure the authenticity of submitted documents.Recommend exceptions, where applicable, based on justified credit assessment findings and sound business rationale.Adhere to the predefined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for credit assessment across all retail banking products.Perform any other related duties and assignments as requested by higher management.Job Qualifications:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in commerce, Economics and Political Science, or an equivalent qualifications.Analyst: 0 to 3 years of experience.Senior Analyst: 3 to 6 years of experience.Certificates: Relevant certifications are considered an advantage.Proficiency in computer applications and MS Office tools.Excellent command of the English language.
