Job Summary:Providing non-financial services to SME clients by promoting awareness of all services and support programs provided to this segment by government entities, the private sector, and civil society organizations. This is achieved through various communication channels to contribute to enhancing financial inclusion, increasing client engagement, expanding the client base, and boosting competitiveness on the following areas:Job Responsibilities:Raising awareness of SMEs with fundamentals of the development of their enterprises.Reinforcing the role of the “NilePreneurs” initiative in supporting and developing SMEs.Coordinating between authorities concerned with supporting SMEs.Providing information, studies, and data which contribute to developing SMEs.Facilitating finance for SMEs through coordination with funding institutions.Reinforcing competitiveness and export capacity for the SMEs.Execute field visits and outreach initiatives to actively promote non-financial services and ecosystem benefits to local MSMEs.Generate regular performance reports and data insights on new client acquisition trends across BDS centers.Perform initial credit evaluations and deliver tailored consultative advice to scale clients' business volumes.Manage ongoing NFS client’s performance and nurture deep institutional relationships to boost referral networks.Deliver high-quality, data-driven scorecard reports on center performance to management and relevant authorities on time.Guide entrepreneurs through crafting robust business plans, feasibility studies, and industrial development frameworks.Locations:Cairo – HQCairo – Ramsis branchBeheira – Hush Eissa branchAlexadria – Elsadat Job Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or higherOfficer 0-3 yearsSenior Officer 3 – 5 yearsActive Listening & EmpathyTraining & Workshop FacilitationEffective Presentation & CommunicationResilience & AdaptabilityPersuasive Communication & StorytellingRelationship Management & Trust BuildingBasic Credit & Financial AnalysisCredit File Preparation & "Bankability" KnowledgeFeasibility Studies & Business Planning
