The Merchandise Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales performance, managing inventory levels, designing product assortments, and leading the implementation of merchandising strategies. The role includes collaborating with teams to enhance the customer shopping experience, analyzing sales data for informed decision-making, and aligning products with market trends to meet customer demands.QualificationsProficiency in Sales and Customer Service skills to enhance customer satisfaction.+5 years of experience in Inventory Management and Assortment strategies to optimize product availability.Experience in retail or distribution industries is a MUSTBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools is a plus.
