We are a premium quality, safety, and sustainability solutions provider.Your TasksIssuing reports & documentation of findings and comments and share it with the inspection team in accordance with the Saudi building codes and international standards.Review of design documents and risk report and assessment of existing buildings and preparation of report regarding TUV SUD process, procedures and assets.Addressing and resolving any construction-related issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.Implementation of quality control measures in building construction based on local regulationsDescription and assessment of technical problems and development of proposed solutionsMonitoring and implementation of acceptancesParticipation and performance of construction site visits incl. defect and deviation detectionObjective preparation of expert opinions for the assessment of claims for defects and damage from a technical point of viewCompetent support of customers and moderation between business partnersMust possess up to date information with the current state-of-the-art know-how in the field of civil engineering and other relevant fields.Should be able to handle the project professionally and effectively.Your QualificationsBachelor’s degree in civil engineering.Minimum 2 years of practical experience in the field of civil engineering.Proven Experience in Saudi Code.Well-founded and practice-proven professional and sector experience in industrial and residential construction.Knowledge of building law and the preparation of expert opinions.Business fluent in English languageAbility to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.What We OfferCompetitive compensation package.Paid vacation and leave benefits.Additional InformationDon’t meet every single requirement?
