Risk Senior Specialist

Responsabilities:Supporting the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across Modupay.Identifying, assessing, monitoring and mitigating enterprise-wide risks while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards; and supporting risk reporting, KRIs monitoring, risk assessments and business continuity initiatives to promote a strong risk-aware culture.Develop and implement enterprise risk management strategies and processes tailored to the fintech/payments landscape.Assess and identify potential risks that may hinder reputation, safety, security and financial success of the organization, with a focus on fraud, transaction and cybersecurity threats.Design and execute processes to avoid, reduce or transfer risks, ensuring business resilience.Analyze risk management data and report key trends, weaknesses and areas of exposure to senior management and the Board.Facilitate risk assessments and risk management workshops with stakeholders.Develop comprehensive risk reports for executives and board members, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.Liaise with functional and operational area managers to ensure the effective implementation of risk mitigation plans.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business administrationRisk-based thinking and analytical mindset.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Proven experience in risk reporting and data visualization.Effective interpersonal, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service delivery.Proactive, forward-thinking, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Collaborative team player with the ability to work across functions and geographies (40+ countries).Leadership skills to influence risk owners without direct authority.Very good written and spoken English3-4 years of relevant experience
