Key Responsibilities / Tasks: Develop and implement the company’s Route to Market strategy across all channels and regions. Identify market white spaces and unlock new growth opportunities through channel, geographic, and customer expansion. Lead distribution network optimization, including territory design, route optimization, distributor footprint, and service model enhancements. Drive channel development strategies to maximize market coverage, availability, and execution excellence. Analyze market, customer, and commercial performance to identify opportunities and recommend strategic actions. Lead business development initiatives, including new distribution centers, new territories, and emerging channel opportunities. Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to deliver commercial growth initiatives. Define and monitor RTM KPIs and governance to continuously improve sales effectiveness and distribution efficiency.Job Requirements / Qualifications:Bachelor of Business Administration.Minimum 10 years of experience.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.Excellent written and verbal communications skills.Analytical & Reporting skills
