Royal Relationship Manager Job Responsibilities:Provide banking products and services for the Royal clients.Relationship Manage with Royal clients to retain existing clients and expand the existing portfolio.Manage customers portfolio effectively to increase the bank’s segment profitability. Ensure customers satisfaction and align with the concerned bank’s functions to solve the Royal clients’ complaints.Ensure meeting sales targets for the Royal segment.Ensure constant contact and follow up with the Royal clients to ensure providing the best services and financial solutions. Prepare monthly reports related to the managed portfolio.Ensure compliance with the bank's policies and regulations.Job Qualifications: A relevant University degreeMinimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in the retail banking.
