Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an RSP Scenario Planner, based in Qesm El Maadi with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. Responsibilities include analysing and designing realistic simulation-based scenarios, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conducting scenario planning workshops, and identifying risk assessments. The role is pivotal in creating actionable insights and strategic recommendations to optimise decision-making processes.Job Title for the new hire: RSP Scenario PlannerJob Description: Manage and update data within the RSP scenario generation tool in line with guidance providedExpected deliverables:• The contractor will be responsible for delivering a structured programme of quality investigations across the Source Based Project Management list throughout the eight-month engagement. Key outputs and expectations are defined as follows.• The contractor will conduct regular and systematic reviews of data held within RSP Resource Planner, Source Quick Suite, and the Planner Insight Reporting System, identifying errors, inconsistencies, and anomalies across project records. All findings must be clearly documented, categorised by severity, and communicated back to the relevant stakeholder teams in a timely manner.• Where dashboard support is required, the contractor will contribute to the build and ongoing maintenance of reporting dashboards within Quick Suite, ensuring outputs are accurate, accessible, and aligned to the needs of the PMO, labour planning team, and OPT.• The contractor will maintain a live error log throughout the engagement, tracking identified issues, resolution status, and any recurring patterns that may indicate systemic data quality concerns. Regular progress updates will be provided to key partners across PMO, internal labour planning, OPT, and tech teams.• By the end of the engagement, the contractor will produce a consolidated quality findings report summarising key issues identified, resolutions applied, and recommendations for ongoing data governance.Required qualifications/certifications:• The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is strongly preferred and will be weighted heavily during selection, as it is the most recognized project management credential within multinational and PMO-aligned environments in Egypt. PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner will also be considered as an alternative, though PMP is the preferred standard for this engagement.• Candidates must demonstrate proven experience working with reporting and planning systems, with practical familiarity operating within resource planning tools and data visualization platforms. Experience building and maintaining dashboards within suite-based project management or reporting tools is essential. A certification in data analytics or business intelligence, such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau Desktop Specialist, Google Data Analytics Certificate, or IBM Data Analyst Professional Certificate, is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to an advanced level is also expected, including the use of pivot tables, lookups, and data validation techniques.• Strong capability in data analysis, error identification, root cause analysis, and structured reporting is required. Candidates with exposure to PMO frameworks or workforce planning environments will be prioritised. Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies such as Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt is desirable but not mandatory.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
