Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts within the HVAC and fire fighting equipment sectors.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products from the company’s range, including seamless pipes, ERW black steel pipes, and fittings.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics and technical support, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
