ScopeResponsible for steering the sales and business development activities, defining and driving the actions which will lead to the development of market share.Main Responsibilities Developing Company and Product ‘Brand Awareness’ and market education for the ecosystem partiesBuilding, maintaining and developing strong, long-lasting customer relationships for new accounts Identifying and engaging with decision-makers within the client organization and closing dealsSelling the company’s products and solutions to a number of key accounts by maintaining or exceeding a minimum amount of salesMeeting and/ or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targetsDeveloping key penetration strategies and action plansConducting product presentations to existing and new accounts, and identifying clients’ requirementsLiaising between customers and internal teams (Project Management, Pre-Sales, Services …) to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the company’s solutions according to customers’ needs (where applicable, specifically in projects)Planning and attending regular update meetings with new accounts, and seeking upselling of new & upgraded products and solutionsManaging and developing relationships with key salespeople and business executivesExecuting sales strategies as communicated by management and ensuring strong customer satisfactionPreparing sales reports by collecting and analyzing informationAssisting in forecasting business and market needsKeeping up-to-date with industry trends and reporting them to management Responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs while coordinating with relative departmentsCollaborating with Accounting, and Logistics teams for the PO issuance (where applicable)Acting as the primary contact for payment collection Delivering proposals, following up on their signature and sharing the signed copy with the finance departmentGathering and reporting intelligence information on competition and beneficial field informationCreating and updating the customer database on the company’s CRMCreating and updating client visits, opportunities, calls, activities on the company’s CRM
