The Sales Account Manager will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, build strong long-term relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new leads, developing proposals, delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts to meet or exceed sales targets. The role involves coordinating closely with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs and to ensure successful implementation. The Sales Account Manager will also track account performance, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide regular pipeline and forecast reports to management.Qualifications Proven skills in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction to build, grow, and retain key client relationships.Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to manage client expectations and present solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.Experience with Lead Generation and prospecting activities to create and develop new business opportunities.Previous experience in IT solutions, system integration, or cloud/professional services sales is highly preferred.Ability to work toward and achieve sales targets, including forecasting, pipeline management, and contract negotiation.Comfort using CRM and productivity tools to track activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong organizational, time management, and stakeholder management capabilities.Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
