Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from members and non-members with professionalism and enthusiasm. Engage customers by highlighting the benefits of Holiday Inn Club Vacations’ special vacation packages. Build rapport quickly and use persuasive communication to convert inquiries into sales. Identify customer needs and tailor vacation package options accordingly. Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Maintain high standards of attendance, punctuality, and professional behavior. Stay up-to-date on promotions, offers, and product knowledge to provide the best experience. Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience in sales or Telesales, for at least 6 months Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude. Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Fluency in English (spoken and written). (C1 level) Average age min 18 - 35 max. Must have a high school diploma or General Educational Development certification. Preferably a college graduate
