The Sales Agent will play a key role in identifying potential clients, presenting tailored insurance and financial solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role includes building and maintaining strong customer relationships, explaining policy options, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Additionally, the Sales Agent will work closely with the team to identify growth opportunities and participate in relevant training to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build trust.Proven experience in Sales, with a focus on meeting targets and delivering results.Knowledge of Insurance products and services, with a demonstrated ability to provide financial guidance.Willingness to participate in Training programs to enhance technical expertise and sales strategies.Ability to work on-site in Markaz Sohag and build strong client relationships within the local market.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is preferred.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adept at working in a team environment.
