The Sales Representative will identify and engage prospective customers, present MetLife Egypt’s insurance and financial products, and recommend solutions aligned with each customer’s needs and goals. Responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, conducting meetings and follow-ups, preparing quotations, and completing required documentation accurately and on time. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing support, and ensuring a positive client experience. The Sales Representative will collaborate with internal teams, participate in training and sales campaigns, and consistently work toward achieving individual and team sales targets while upholding regulatory and company standards.QualificationsProven ability in consultative sales, customer relationship management, and meeting or exceeding sales targets in insurance, financial services, or a related field.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial and insurance concepts clearly to diverse audiences.Solid organizational and time-management skills, including pipeline management, follow-up discipline, and accurate record keeping.Comfort using digital tools and CRM systems for lead tracking, reporting, and remote customer interactions.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus, with a commitment to ethical sales practices and regulatory compliance.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Prior experience in life, health, or retirement insurance sales is an advantage; fluency in English and Arabic is strongly preferred.
