Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Telesales Specialist will engage with potential and existing clients to generate leads, promote services, and close sales over the phone. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, and meeting sales targets while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
