Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales efforts, and delivering excellent customer service. The role includes creating and implementing effective sales strategies, providing training to the team, and managing sales performance. Collaboration with marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns to support business objectives is also a key aspect of this role. Qualifications Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain meaningful client relationships.Proven experience in Sales, including developing strategies and achieving targets.Strong skills in Training and Sales Management to support and lead teams effectively.Understanding of marketing principles and ability to collaborate on marketing initiatives is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.Proficiency in English and relevant computer tools and software, such as CRM systems.Experience within the financial services or investment management sector is advantageous.
