As Sales, Business Development & Brand Partnerships resource, you will play a decisive role in shaping how brands appear in films and beyond.This is where business development meets creativity — forging partnerships with production houses,agencies, and brands to deliver integrations that are impactful, seamless, and memorable.Key Responsibilities Map your market (your region) for various brands, and their agencies. Understand brand’s positing and upcoming campaigns. Identify and develop new business opportunities for in-film brand integrations, co-brandedpromotions, and other media alliances. Build and maintain long-term relationships with various brand’s top management and their agency’sSPOCS. Understand the film project, its scope, nuances, star casts, its plot and films setup (Theatrical films,OTT projects or TV serials) Conceptualize creative brand solutions aligned with film storylines and target audiences. Regularly and diligently, stay connected with brands and agencies to pitch SkyBlue Cinematix andthe projects. Collaborate with internal teams to create and pitch compelling proposals, presentations, and casestudies. Work closely with media planning and buying teams to align integrations with larger campaignstrategies. With support of managers negotiate and finalize deals ensuring win-win outcomes for both brandand production stakeholders. Stay updated with industry trends, film releases, OTT content pipelines, and brand marketingcalendars. Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure smooth delivery of brand integrations andcampaigns. Track performance metrics, prepare post-integration reports, and ensure client satisfaction andretention. Conceptualize and pitch bold, customized partnership models that fuse brand storytelling withcinematic moments. Collaborate with internal creative, marketing, legal, and production experts to deliver seamless,integrated experiences on and off screen. Track the pulse of entertainment trends, OTT innovation, and consumer engagement formats to keepour offerings unmatched. Work with internal teams (e.g., creative, marketing, sales) to develop and execute joint campaignsand create co-branded marketing materials.Ideal Profile 1 - 5 years of proven success in business development, sales, brand partnerships, brand solutionsor strategic partnerships within media, entertainment, or advertising. A deal-closer with a track-record of securing multi-crore, multi-film/franchise partnerships. Deep relationships with Brand managers, agencies, and production houses — your phonebook is anindustry goldmine. Independent hustler who thrives on accountability, targets, and creating impact. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills that inspire confidenceand excitement. MBA/PG in Marketing, Media, or Business preferred.
