Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Sales Business Development professional. The responsibilities include identifying and generating new leads, conducting market research to uncover opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth. The role also involves analyzing market trends, negotiating deals, and collaborating with teams to meet revenue targets and deliver excellent customer service. Qualifications Strong Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify and evaluate business opportunities.Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills for managing client relationships and addressing their needs.Proven Analytical Skills to interpret market trends, track sales performance, and develop strategic plans.Goal-oriented individual with the ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.Prior experience in sales, business development, or in the messaging solutions or technology sector is a plus.Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
