Role Summary: The Senior Sales Specialist is an advanced individual contributor responsible for driving high-value new business acquisition. This role handles complex, multi-service sales cycles (e.g., MTPE + Engineering + DTP) and is expected to penetrate large-scale enterprise accounts. The Senior Sales Specialist operates with minimal supervision, leads high-stakes negotiations, and mentors’ junior specialists on lead qualification and closing strategies.Key Responsibilities· High-Value Acquisition: Achieve an advanced individual sales target in new business revenue; maintain a high-velocity sales cycle.· Enterprise Prospecting: Qualify high-potential leads per period; focus on C-suite engagement and mapping complex stakeholder hierarchies.· Complex Proposal Architecture: Lead the creation of multi-step technical proposals; ensure a high success rate through superior value-proposition alignment.· Negotiation Leadership: Effectively defend company pricing and margins against aggressive enterprise procurement teams.· Market Expansion Strategy: Execute market penetration actions that result in measurable market share growth within strategic verticals.Team Engagement & Performance Management· CRM Governance: Ensure 100% data quality in the CRM; use advanced reporting to forecast revenue with 95% accuracy.· Cross-functional Synergy: Drive collaboration with the Production Manager to ensure scalability for large-scale new account on-boarding.Experience & Education· Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.· Minimum 2 years of experience in handling end-to-end sales process, specifically handling B2B enterprise deals in (US or Europe or Asia).· Fluent English (written & spoken)Technical & Professional Skills· Strategic Negotiation: Mastery in achieving favorable terms and high-value deal closure.· Solution Customization: High "Solution Fit" scores through deep technical need analysis.· Pipeline Management: Expert-level pipeline health management and sales cycle velocity.
