The ideal candidate has strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities,and a consultative approach to working with clients.The role involves promoting and selling our immigration and real estate services, understandingclient needs, building long-term relationships, and achieving successful outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Engage with prospective clients and guide them through the full sales cycle until closure.Conduct client meetings and consultations to assess needs and recommend suitablesolutions.Manage client communications and inquiries through phone, email, and meetings, andmaintain consistent follow-up.Close sales opportunities while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, andprospecting activities.Coordinate with the operations and other internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services and offerings.Qualifications:2–4 years of proven experience in Real Estate, Insurance, or Consultative Sales.Excellent command of English (spoken and written).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Effective negotiation and closing abilities.Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sales mindset.Location : Sheraton - October
