Job RolesMM Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing material-related activities to support orthopedic product distribution across KSA and UAE markets. This role ensures seamless alignment between Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance functions for accurate order fulfillment, inventory management, and documentationScope of Responsibilities: AMICO GroupReporting to: MM Team leaderQualifications - Minimum RequirementsBachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field1 3 years of experience in material management, order administration, sales coordinating prefeered in Trade / FMCG sectorStrong hands-on experience in SAP SD required, and SAP MM modules preferredVery good in EnglishKey ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage sales orders, purchase requisitions, and stock transfers using SAP SD & MM modulesCoordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate and timely material allocation, shipment, and invoicingMaintain visibility of inventory levels, stock availability, and backordersManage product movements, including goods receipt, issue, and returns, in compliance with company SOPsMaintain accurate records of material transactions, delivery notes, and billing documentation in SAPSupport internal audits by ensuring full traceability of materials and transactionsGenerate material movement, stock aging, and order fulfillment reports through SAPWhy Join UsAt AMICO, we believe in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
