Ad Value Cairo is looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our business development team.We need someone who already understands how to approach potential clients, open business conversations, qualify opportunities, and support a strong sales pipeline.This role is for someone who can do more than just send cold messages. We are looking for a person who can research the right prospects, know who to approach, start conversations professionally, follow up intelligently, and help turn potential leads into real business meetings.A background in the marketing, advertising, media, digital, or creative industry is a major plus, especially if the candidate already has a relevant network and can start opening doors from day one.At Ad Value, you will be backed by experienced teams in strategy, media, creative, content, performance, branding, and execution. You will not be selling vague services. You will be introducing clients to an agency that knows how to deliver.Main ResponsibilitiesIdentify and research potential clients across relevant industries.Build and maintain qualified prospect lists.Use existing industry connections where relevant to open new business conversations.Reach out to decision-makers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and other professional channels.Introduce Ad Value’s services clearly, confidently, and professionally.Qualify leads based on business need, budget potential, timing, and relevance.Book meetings for the business development team.Follow up with prospects consistently without being pushy or generic.Update lead trackers, CRM sheets, and follow-up records regularly.Support in preparing company introductions, outreach messages, and meeting notes.Track market insights, client objections, and potential business opportunities.Help maintain a clean, active, and realistic sales pipeline.Working ConditionsWorking days: Sunday to ThursdayWorking hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 7:00 PMLocation: Ad Value Cairo office, Maadi 2 to 4 years of experience in sales development, business development, lead generation, client acquisition, telesales, or B2B sales.Previous experience in a marketing agency, advertising agency, media agency, digital agency, production house, creative agency, or related industry is a huge plus.Existing network within the marketing, advertising, media, or brand/client side is a strong advantage.Strong ability to identify prospects, decision-makers, and business opportunities.Excellent communication skills in Arabic and good English.Confident in calls, outreach, and first-contact conversations.Strong follow-up skills and the ability to keep leads warm without losing professionalism.Organized and able to maintain accurate lead records and pipeline updates.Good understanding of marketing, advertising, social media, branding, and digital services.Presentable, persuasive, and able to represent the agency properly.Comfortable with rejection and able to keep moving without losing energy.What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who already has a sales engine running.Someone who can spot opportunities, start conversations, use their network wisely, and help us reach the right clients faster.You should be:Experienced in outreach and lead generation.Comfortable approaching decision-makers.Smart enough to know which leads are worth chasing.Persistent without becoming annoying.Organized enough to track every opportunity properly.Professional enough to build trust from the first conversation.Connected enough to bring useful doors, not just random contact lists.
