About the Role We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and support Brightn Consulting and Talent Development’s growth through lead generation, prospecting, outreach, and qualification of potential corporate clients across our corporate training and talent development solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, and follow-ups.Research and identify potential corporate clients across different industries.Qualify leads based on client needs, company profile, decision-making process, and fit with Brightn’s training solutions.Schedule discovery meetings with qualified prospects and coordinate next steps with the sales team.Build, update, and manage a strong leads database and sales pipeline.Maintain accurate records on CRM systems and sales tools.Support the sales team with client research, meeting preparation, and opportunity tracking.Follow up consistently with prospects to keep conversations active and move leads forward.Represent the company professionally in all client communications.Qualifications & Skills0–2 years of experience in sales, telesales, lead generation, business development, or customer-facing roles.Experience in the corporate training / L&D industry is a strong advantage.Proven ability to generate leads and support pipeline development.Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.Experience working with CRM systems and structured sales processes is a plus.Organized, proactive, and able to work in a target-driven environment.Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building skills.Fluency in English and Arabic, written and spoken.BenefitsCompetitive Base SalaryIndividual Development PlanExposure to top organizations and diverse industriesBenefits BasketAre you interested?
