This role is ideal for a strategic sales leader with a strong FMCG background, capable of driving revenue, building high-performing teams, and expanding market share.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the national sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targetsLead, mentor, and manage the sales team across multiple regionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and retailersMonitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunitiesForecast sales, manage budgets, and prepare reports for senior managementCollaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on promotions, launches, and campaignsExperience & Qualifications:7–10+ years of sales experience in FMCG, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial roleProven track record in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teamsStrong knowledge of FMCG distribution channels and retail networksExcellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldMBA or professional sales certifications are a plusPersonal Attributes:Strategic thinker with a hands-on approachHighly motivated, target-oriented, and resilientStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
