Collection Officer – Real Estate We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Officer to join our growing real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, following up on outstanding payments, and maintaining positive client relationships while ensuring timely collections.Key Responsibilities:Follow up with clients regarding due and overdue payments.Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and collection activities.Coordinate with the sales, finance, and customer service teams to resolve payment issues.Prepare collection reports and account status updates.Negotiate payment arrangements when necessary.Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.Handle customer inquiries related to payments and account balances.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a similar role (real estate experience is a plus).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets.
