Job PurposeThe Sales Engineer will be Responsible for all sales activities through close in an assigned territory and is the main intermediary between the company and the customer in the achievement of profitable growth through proper cylinder rotation, maintaining company visibility.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all sales activities through close in an assigned territory and is the main intermediary between the company and the customer in the achievement of profitable growth through proper cylinder rotation - Bulk Activities , maintaining company visibility, and receivables.To sell the company product to our current and potential customers.Addressing customer issues and communicating the information in a timely manner to their immediate manager.Projection of image of the company to its customers.Implementation of promotions and roll out for new products/applications.Maintain communication with team members.Ensure company cylinders are handled with care and CTR is adhered to.To implement the company visibility plan.Establish excellent rapport with customers.Focus on forecasting, prospecting, and new business developmentManage most aspects of client relationshipConducts competitive intelligenceRepresents GC Services in a professional manner at all timesCommunicate and work closely with operations on customer requirementsAccountable for Accounts Receivables in territory.Support and implement marketing plans, promotions, and new product launches.Maintain a list of target accounts by generating and qualifying new business leads using CRM tool and meeting/exceeding sales metricsDemonstrate products to new account customersMaintain an adequate number of sales visits to customers and develop and submit visit reports.Support and assist the collection team to hit the targeted DSO.Comply with company policies and procedures at all times.Uphold corporate integrity and values while ensuring all activities comply with company policies and procedures, including local and federal laws.Making Sure products available on the truck with the proper forecastProper weekly forecast to eliminate returns.Report competitor activities in the marketplace.Coordinate with inter-departments, Prepare and submit Monthly reports timely.Comply with company policies and procedures at all times.QualificationsJob Requirements Education Bachelor's degree required, Engineering preferred; mechanical aptitude is highly required.Experience At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.Skills▪ Strategic thinking and planning ▪ Accounts management and growth skills ▪ Sales forecast and target achievement skills ▪ Excellent negotiation and communication skills ▪ organization skillsLanguages Strong communication skills in English language is required.Requirement: i'm hiring 2 sales Engineer in 2 areas, so candidates preferred to be from 10th.
