Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role at AGROCAN is based in Beni Suef. The Sales Engineer will work closely with clients to understand their technical and operational needs, present appropriate product solutions, and support the sales process from initial contact through post-sale follow-up. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical proposals, and collaborating with the sales team to develop tailored solutions. The role also involves providing technical support and guidance, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth implementation and ongoing use of AGROCAN products. The Sales Engineer will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, contribute to continuous improvement of products and services, and support training activities for clients and internal teams.Qualifications Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to translate technical features into customer value.Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, including building relationships, managing accounts, and supporting the full sales cycle.Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, agricultural engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in industrial, agricultural, or related sectors is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Beni Suef, travel to customer locations as needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.Comfort with using CRM tools, basic office software, and technical documentation to support sales and customer interactions.
