Work Location:10th Of Ramadan, EgyptMain Purpose Of The JobThe Technical Office Engineer supports the team to achieve project objectives. They will be a core member of the team and be accountable for conducting the accessories specifications, concept/detailed design, design review,Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare all technical documents (drawings, guarantee tables, TDS, BOM, and instruction sheets) as sales/project teams requested.Manage issuing codes for new approved products in cooperation with the planning team.Design new items and improve current items in cooperation with the R&D team.Technical support for projects and sites for any problem or improvement required.Technical support for the sales department for any technical issues.Support in solving & investigating customers' technical problems and complaints.Study the cost reduction for products in cooperation with R&D and manufacturing teams.Study tenders and prepare tender submittals from a technical aspect.Ensure design is matching with technical specifications & technical aspects & quality standards.Manage product technical calculations and order component details.Job Requirement:Education: B.Sc. in electrical power engineering.Years of Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a technical office-related field.Language: Very good level of English & Arabic.Computer skills: Advanced Microsoft computer skills (Excel & Access) with prior experience working with ERP systems—AutoCAD is a must, and any other helpful software is advantageous.Technical competencies:Electrical design experience.Understanding of distribution standards and technologies.Working knowledge of cable accessory design.Customer and quality awareness.Dealing with client interface design.Technical documentation.Working knowledge of ISO systems.
