Sales Engineer -HVAC Equipment

The Sales Engineer is responsible for promoting and selling HVAC equipment and solutions to consultants, contractors, and end users. The role requires combining strong technical knowledge with sales skills to identify customer needs, provide suitable solutions, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and achieve sales targets.Promote and sell HVAC equipment and solutions to contractors, consultants, and project owners.• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.• Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on project requirements.• Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs related to HVAC systems.• Coordinate with the technical and estimation teams to ensure accurate quotations.• Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project needs.• Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate with clients to close sales.• Track projects from inquiry stage until order confirmation.• Maintain regular contact with consultants to ensure product approval in project specifications.• Provide technical support and product presentations to clients when required.• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.• Prepare periodic sales reports and update the CRM system with sales activities. EducationBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC specialization is preferred).Experience1–5 years of experience in HVAC equipment sales or technical sales.Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, and project owners is preferred.Previous experience in project sales or tendering for HVAC systems is an advantage.Technical KnowledgeGood knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment such as Chillers, AHU, FCU, VRF, ventilation systems, and air conditioning units.Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.Familiarity with tendering procedures and technical submittals.Ability to prepare technical and commercial quotations.Technical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.Experience using CRM systems is preferred.Soft SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain client relationships.Good presentation and technical explanation skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.LanguageArabic: NativeEnglish: Good written and spoken communication.Other RequirementsValid driving license preferred.Willingness to conduct site visits and client meetings.
