Develop and enhance the distribution network through systematic follow-up to ensure optimal performance across all dealers.Drive product promotion and sales by conducting regular customer visits to foster strong relationships and gather market insights.Monitor and support dealers to ensure adherence to our brand identity and distribution strategy.Cultivate a comprehensive database and maintain strong relationships with target customer groups, including painters, contractors, and dealers.Oversee accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments in accordance with agreed terms, aiming to meet budgeted days outstanding.Establish new retail locations that meet company standards.Collaborate with Customer Service, Technical Service, and financial departments to ensure timely delivery and superior customer service.Strategically plan and execute daily customer visits and sales activities.Address customer complaints promptly to maintain a trusted and reliable relationship.Regularly monitor collection timelines to ensure payments are received as scheduled.Generate and review monthly sales and collection reports.Implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities effectively.Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.Demonstrate full commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements and halt any activities that do not comply with these standards.Ensure that team members comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental instructions and policies.Exercise authority to make decisions regarding actions impacting environmental, occupational safety, and health standards.
