The role focuses on promoting services, closing deals, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams to deliver high-quality service.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and freight forwarding sectorPromote the company’s services, including air, sea, and land freight, as well as customs clearance and warehousingBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clientsCoordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth and efficient shipment executionAchieve assigned sales targets and meet defined KPIsStay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirementsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactionsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field2–4 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding sales Experience in B2B sales within logistics services is a strong advantageGood understanding of freight forwarding operations and logistics servicesExperience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelinesProficiency in Microsoft Office toolsStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to build and maintain client relationshipsGood command of English (written and spoken)
