The role focuses on technical B2B sales, engaging with consultants and contractors, and ensuring the company’s solutions are specified and secured in major projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned African marketsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within HVAC, construction, and industrial sectorsBuild strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and project owners to secure project specificationsLead technical presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholdersManage the full sales cycle, including negotiations and deal closure with contractors and clientsPrepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions in coordination with internal teamsFollow up on project pipelines to ensure conversion from specification to orderConduct market research to identify opportunities, competitors, and customer needs across AfricaCoordinate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth project executionMaintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting through CRM systemsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.3–5 years of experience in technical or industrial sales, preferably in HVAC, insulation, or construction materials.Demonstrated experience in handling B2B sales and technical consultations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong customer focus and relationship management abilities.Results-driven mindset with strong business acumen.Solid understanding of HVAC systems, insulation materials, and project-based sales.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Fluent in English & French (Mandatory)Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Willingness to travel domestically for site visits, client meetings, and business development activities.
