We’re Hiring: Events Sales Executive – SponsorshipsSmart Vision is expanding its events and sponsorship sales team in Dubai.Fluent Arabic and fluent English are required for this role, as the position involves direct communication with Arabic-speaking and English-speaking clients, sponsors, and business partners across the UAE, GCC, and international markets.We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Events Sales Executive specialized in sponsorship sales, B2B partnerships, and client acquisition for international conferences, exhibitions, and business events.Location: Dubai, UAEWork Type: Full-timeDepartment: Events Sales / Sponsorships / B2B PartnershipsKey Responsibilities:* Sell sponsorship packages for conferences, exhibitions, summits, and business events.* Contact companies, decision-makers, sponsors, exhibitors, and partners across the UAE, GCC, and international markets.* Build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline.* Conduct client meetings, calls, LinkedIn outreach, email follow-ups, and proposal presentations.* Negotiate sponsorship packages and support in closing deals.* Maintain accurate updates on leads, follow-ups, proposals, and client status.* Coordinate with the events and operations team to ensure proper delivery of sponsor benefits.Requirements:* Fluent Arabic is required.* Fluent English is required.* Previous experience in events sales, sponsorship sales, exhibitions, conferences, or B2B sales is preferred.* Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.* Strong knowledge of the UAE business market is a plus.* Confident, presentable, target-oriented, and able to handle corporate clients.* Must be currently based in the UAE and available for meetings in Dubai.What We Offer:* Competitive salary package.* Attractive commission structure.* International business exposure.* Opportunity to work with global brands and major events.* Career growth within a fast-growing events company.To apply, please send your CV to:hr@smartvisioneg.com
