The Property Consultant will guide clients through the property selection and purchase process, including understanding their needs, presenting suitable options, arranging property viewings, and explaining key financial and contractual details. The role includes managing a pipeline of leads, conducting market research, and staying up to date on local real estate trends, pricing, and regulations. The Property Consultant will prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate offers, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth transaction process. Daily tasks also involve maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, providing responsive follow-up, and delivering a high standard of customer service that aligns with Bold Routes’ brand and values.Qualifications Strong consulting abilities, including needs assessment, solution recommendation, and advisory support to clients.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly, listen actively, and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.Proven customer service skills, focused on responsiveness, professionalism, and client satisfaction throughout the entire property journey.Demonstrated sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.Knowledge of the real estate market, preferably in Cairo, including property types, pricing, and relevant regulations.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred.Comfort with CRM tools and basic office software for tracking leads, preparing proposals, and reporting activity.Ability to work on-site full time, with flexibility for client meetings and property visits as needed.High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical business practices.
