For more information, visit us at www.amideast.org.Position DescriptionThe Sales Manager works scope is to improve an organization’s market position and achieve financial growth. This person defines and work on achieving the organization short, medium and long-term strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies & presents new business opportunities through sales calls to major accounts, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. The incumbent of this position in a senior management position within the company. It is his/her job to work with the internal team, sales staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for their organization. He/she should be able to identify and work on brand management & communication of Amideast. To achieve this, he/she need to find potential new customers, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future. Sales Manager will also help manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive. They call on clients, often being required to make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict their clients’ future needs.ResponsibilitiesAchieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales teamDesign and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure a strong presenceResponsible for the overall management of all strategic and operationaland Customer Relationship activitiesProvide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideasWorking to stringent targets, the job holder will be required to adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business callPlanning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new marketsUse knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators and work on continuous improvement to achieve market positioningConduct frequent sales calls and close deals for major accounts with sales account managersBuild and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needsPresent sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management teamIdentify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition statusResponsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational and customer relationship activitiesDrive increased revenue and profit to achieve the organization ambitious growthManage the sales function and team smoothly and monitor their performance and develop their potentials through constant coaching during and after sales callsCoordinate with other cross functional departments to ensure the proper brand image of Amideast in the market is fulfilledWork with the team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives Participate in pricing the solution/serviceProven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leadsTo work closely with partners, consultants and staff as needed on the delivery of client’s requirementsPresent training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staffForecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the teamTrack and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targetsAttend industry functions, such as association events and conferences and provide feedback and information on the market and creative trendsPresent to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channelsEnsure all team members represent the company in the best lightResearch and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilitiesEnsure that the company’s goal and purpose is well understood so that will be continual to enhance the company’s performanceQualifications And SkillsRequiredBachelor’s degree in relevant field, preferred master’s degree10-15 years of experienceExperience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutionsMust have experience of working in a corporate/business focused environmentExcellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new businessStrong business development skills and experience in educational and professional development training programs and servicesPreferredTOEIC score of 900 or equivalentWORK ENVIRONMENTThe incumbent in this position will work in a professional office environment and will utilize the following equipment when working from the corporate office or remote home office (either on a full time, temporary, or hybrid basis)Computer (laptop or desktop)Printer/Photocopier/Scanner/FaxTelephoneThe physical demands and work environment that have been described is representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.
