Headquartered in Cairo, Egypt, Finance Coach is dedicated to shaping the next generation of financial professionals.The RoleOwn and scale our B2C revenue engine, build a high-performing sales team, and lay the foundation for our B2B corporate training expansion.Key Responsibilities:B2C Sales: Own the full funnel: lead conversion, enrollment, and retention. Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets.B2B Development: Build the corporate pipeline targeting banks, financial institutions, and multinationals from prospecting to account management.Team Building: Hire, onboard, and coach sales executives. Set KPIs, build playbooks, and design commission structures.Strategy & Reporting: Deliver accurate forecasts, analyze conversion data, and partner with marketing on lead quality and pricing.Requirements10-12 years in sales, with 3+ years managing a teamProven track record hitting targets and scaling teamsBackground in education, training, or consultative B2C/B2B salesStrong CRM skills (Odoo)Fluent in Arabic and EnglishBonus: Experience with corporate L&D / HR teams or familiarity with finance certifications (CFA, CMA, ACCA, FRM).What we offerCompetitive base + uncapped commission, direct collaboration with the founding team, and clear room to scale your team in a high-growth environment.
