Develop all sorts of sales activities in the market. Staffs and directs the sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer’s base in the market.Responsibilities Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. • Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects. • Initiate and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets. • Create, develop and implement the marketing plans. • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance. • Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. • Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Executives. • Create and conducts proposal presentations. • Assist Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations. • Control Sales and Marketing expenses to meet budget guidelines. • Ensure working according to the company HSE policies and regulations, risk assessment and environmental aspectsQualificationsBachelor's degree of civil or architecture engineering 10+ years of sales experience for concrete productsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
