Sales Manager (Outdoor Shading Systems & Pergolas)

About Us: Tanda Smart is a leading premium brand specialized in designing, manufacturing, and installing high-end modern pergola systems and outdoor shading solutions. Operating from our integrated factory in El Obour City, we deliver precision-engineered architectural solutions to luxury residential and commercial projects.We are seeking a high-caliber Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence.Key Responsibilities:Lead, train, and monitor the performance of the sales team (Inside & Field Sales) to achieve monthly targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and corporate clients (B2B sector).Personally manage and close high-value deals and mega projects (Hotels, Restaurants, Luxury Villas).Establish sales strategic plans, continuous follow-up pipelines, and conversion rate optimizations.Coordinate with the technical and production teams in the factory to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.Provide regular sales reports and market insights to upper management.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of proven experience in Sales, with at least 2 years in a Managerial or Team Lead role within Shading Systems, Pergolas, Interior/Exterior Design, or High-End Construction Materials.Strong existing network with architects, consultants, and contractors in Egypt.Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and closing skills.Excellent command of English (Written and Spoken).Based in Cairo or Qalyubia (Ability to work from our headquarters in El Obour City).What We Offer:Highly competitive fixed basic salary.Attractive and rewarding commission scheme on team and individual targets.Professional and high-end work environment backed by our own manufacturing factory.
