We deliver high-end architectural designs that blend luxury with functionality for residential and commercial spaces.💼 Job DescriptionJob Title: Sales RepresentativeLocation: El Obour City, Cairo (In-office + Site Visits)Employment Type: Full-timeSalary: 8,000 EGP Basic Salary + 1.5% CommissionRole Overview:We are looking to hire 2 dynamic, result-oriented Sales Representatives to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for handling high-ticket leads, building professional commercial proposals, and closing deals.Key Responsibilities:Lead Management: Handle and follow up promptly with high-potential leads generated from digital marketing campaigns.Quotations & Proposals: Prepare accurate, professional financial and technical quotations tailored to client requirements.Deal Closing & Follow-up: Manage the entire sales pipeline from the initial call to a successful close, maintaining a disciplined follow-up routine.Site Visits: Accompany the technical team during site measurements or installations when necessary to ensure client satisfaction and secure the deal.Requirements:Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience (Experience in Outdoor Solutions, Decoration, or Architecture fields is a strong plus).Strong capability in creating professional commercial quotations and proposals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work from the office in El Obour City and handle occasional site visits.Fluency or good command of English is a strong plus.
