We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our real estate salesteam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing high-performing sales teams, and driving revenue growth through innovative strategies. You will play akey role in expanding the company’s market presence, building client relationships, and ensuringconsistent achievement of sales targets.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives and revenue targets.- Lead, mentor, and manage the real estate sales team to maximize performance.- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and keystakeholders.- Identify new business opportunities, sales channels, and market trends.- Oversee property sales operations, from lead generation to closing deals.- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards in all sales transactions.- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to enhance brand visibility andgenerate quality leads.- Analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and provide forecasts to upper management.- Participate in property launches, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’sportfolio. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.- Minimum of 8–10 years of real estate sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.- Deep understanding of the local and international real estate markets.- Ability to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced, competitive environment.- Proficiency in, Microsoft Office, and sales performance platforms.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
