Sales Manager - Religious Tourism

Requirements :▪️ Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Hajj & Umrah sales and Tourism Sales.▪️ Minimum 3 years in a Sales Supervisor, Team Leader, or Sales Manager role.▪️ Experience in Hajj & Umrah sales is mandatory.Responsibilities :- Lead and manage the Religious Tourism sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.- Develop and implement sales strategies for Hajj and Umrah programs.- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and conversion rates.- Build and maintain relationships with customers, agents, and strategic partners.- Coach and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.- Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and Finance departments to ensure seamless service delivery.- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for senior management.
