We specialize in connecting top-tier talent with industry leaders, driving innovation, and fostering high-performance cultures across the MENA region and beyond.Job TitlePR ManagerJob SummaryWe are looking for a PR Manager to lead the company's public relations and corporate communications efforts, strengthen brand reputation, manage media relations, and support employer branding initiatives across the outsourcing and BPO industry.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement the company's public relations and corporate communication strategy to strengthen brand awareness and employer reputation.Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, industry influencers, and strategic partners.Create and manage press releases, media statements, company announcements, newsletters, and executive communications.Lead external communication initiatives to promote the company's outsourcing, BPO, HR, and business services.Collaborate with the Marketing and Talent Acquisition teams to support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and corporate events.Plan and manage press conferences, media interviews, corporate events, exhibitions, job fairs, and industry conferences.Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations.Manage the company's reputation by handling crisis communications and ensuring timely, consistent messaging.Identify opportunities for thought leadership, speaking engagements, awards, and media features.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.Measure and report on PR performance, media coverage, and campaign effectiveness.Manage relationships with PR agencies, media partners, and external vendors when required.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.5–8 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or External Communications.Previous experience in the outsourcing, BPO, HR services, technology, or professional services industry is highly preferred.Proven experience building and maintaining media relationships and securing positive media coverage.Strong understanding of employer branding and corporate communications.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.Experience managing corporate events, press activities, and public engagements.Strong crisis communication and reputation management skills.Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PR monitoring tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
