We provide innovative products that help customers upgrade their homes and businesses with smarter, safer, and more convenient technology.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly targets.• Generate new leads through field visits, calls, referrals, social media, exhibitions, and business networks.• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.• Follow up with potential clients and close deals professionally.• Manage and support the sales team to improve performance.• Prepare sales reports and track results regularly.• Build long-term relationships with clients, companies, offices, real estate developers, and partners.• Understand client needs and provide the right solutions.Requirements:• Proven experience in Sales or Business Development.• Strong ability to generate leads and close deals.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.• Leadership skills and the ability to manage a sales team.• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.• Experience in Smart Home, Real Estate, Interior Design, Low Current Systems, or B2B Sales is a strong plus.Please note: We are looking for someone with real experience in generating leads and closing deals, not only following up with existing clients.
