The role focuses on attracting new clients, generating sales opportunities, presenting STIPS smart home solutions professionally, and following up with potential customers until closing the deal.Key Responsibilities:• Generate new leads and attract potential clients• Present STIPS smart home and smart lock solutions to customers• Follow up with leads and sales opportunities• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions• Coordinate with the technical team when needed• Maintain professional communication with clients• Support the sales process from first contact to closingQualifications & Requirements:• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills• Ability to approach potential clients, build relationships, and identify sales opportunities• Good negotiation and follow-up skills with a target-driven mindset• Customer-oriented personality with a professional attitude• Ability to understand product features and present solutions clearly to clients• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-upsPrevious experience in smart home, technology, real estate, construction, or finishing fields is a plus
