The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, closing sales opportunities, and following up with clients until installation is completed.The role includes identifying new business opportunities, contacting potential clients, presenting STIPS smart home solutions, preparing and following up on quotations, and maintaining an organized sales pipeline.The candidate will also coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth communication with clients during measurement, installation, and handover stages.Qualifications:Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related role.Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.Ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients.Customer-focused with a professional and proactive attitude.Ability to coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.Experience in technology, real estate, construction, or related fields is a plus.
