Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement commercial and sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, carriers, and agents.Identify new business opportunities in ocean freight, air freight, land transport, and logistics services.Lead, guide, and support the sales team to ensure effective pipeline management and closing of opportunities.Prepare pricing proposals, negotiate rates with carriers, and ensure competitive customer quotations.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust commercial strategies.Work closely with operations and documentation teams to ensure service quality and smooth shipment execution.Oversee the commercial performance of all branches and ensure alignment with company objectives.Prepare periodic commercial reports, forecasts, and KPIs for top management.Qualifications10+ years of experience in freight forwarding (sales or commercial) in Egypt.Strong knowledge of ocean, air, and inland logistics in Egypt.Proven record in business development and key account management.Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills (able to manage, lead and grow the sales department)Ability to analyze market conditions and develop strategy.
