Cornerstone Development Is Hiring: Sales Operations Senior ManagerCornerstone Development is seeking a strategic and data-driven Operations Senior Manager to lead and optimize our commercial and operational functions. This role is critical in driving efficiency, enhancing decision-making, and ensuring alignment across sales, CRM, and business operations.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage CRM operations, ensuring full system optimization and efficiency- Oversee broker management, including performance tracking and relationship development- Manage inventory availability with accurate, real-time updates across all platforms- Design and monitor payment plans in alignment with business objectives- Develop and implement pricing strategies based on market analysis and business goals- Plan and manage project phasing to support sales strategy and inventory release- Analyze data and performance metrics to drive operational and commercial decisions- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure alignment on targets and execution- Ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and continuous process improvementRequirements:- 10–15years of relevant experience, preferably within real estate or a related industry- Strong leadership and team management capabilities- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset- Experience working with CRM systems (Odoo is highly preferred)- Solid understanding of sales operations, pricing, and customer lifecycle- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
