New Plan Development is looking for Sales Operations Supervisor to support and optimize the performance of the sales function within a dynamic real estate development environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage and optimize sales operations processes to support the sales team in achieving targets.Oversee the implementation and management of CRM systems and ensure accurate sales data reporting.Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular analytical reports for management.Coordinate with marketing, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth sales operations.Develop and improve sales policies, procedures, and workflows.Track pipeline performance, leads management, and conversion rates.Support the sales leadership team with forecasting and operational planning. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations.Previous experience in Real Estate Development is a must.Strong experience with CRM systems and sales reporting. Excellent analytical and organizational skills.• Strong coordination and communication abilities.
